So what about snipers? Mobile scout/sniper game play has been rising in delta because the ability to find and destroy heavy camping snipers are more than possible with two lucky shots at most and never a mag of hits now.

Caldari and Amarr are allied.
Caldari has legal Slavery still (even their own people), they treat the free minmatar like the chinese workforce, cheap and disposable with no need to educate or insure. If anything caldari do nothing but ultimately help the enslaved minmatar and their plights if anything support it further enslavement with technology trades to ammar such as inventory tracking and security measures and better overseer tech.

All basic frames needs to be deleted.
The only light frame that should be sidearms only are
Covert Ops / Recon at 2 sidearm 0 grenades and 3 equipment
and
Pilot at 1 sidearm and 2 equipment with massive fitting bonus for vehicle link.

No, just my wishes; I don't think there is a module that can work like that (attach to suit and it boosts vehicle it operates)
