Fixed it I log out and back in and I could go back in battle.In my quarters I could hear the end battle music so I think it bugged out. |

I don't give a sh!t about hackes, thats not my problem. IF CCP isn't going to fix it or go after the lil script kiddies they might as well shut the doors and turn off the lights for good. |

Listen, Amazon is the only internet entity that has so far been able to withstand a DDoS attack.
Institutions much larger than CCP, like the US government have had issues with these.
If you are smart enough to know how to prevent these, you would be a millionaire.
If you are not, then you are just being a pain in the ass and have entirely unrealistic expectations of what is possible.

The principle issue with DDoS attacks is how easy and cheaply a DDoS can be initiated and sustained compared to the massive expense the company has to go through to counter it. Even after countering it, the DDoS will start again and the company will have to spend again to stop it once more. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
Just be glad that CCP has yet to get their servers compromised.

Not an expert, but knowledgeable and rational enough not to complain about CCP when things are beyond their control.
I have done my fair share of complaining about things they do have control over.
I just don't see the point of holding them accountable for something ridiculous just because it frustrates me. It is not productive.

Just so you know, hackers use botnets to hide their trails. A really good hacker can make it seem that they are hacking from China while in reality they might be hacking from London in the comfort of their grandma's basement and never get caught.
