I bet they will take some more time to fully charge up and will swipe slower, otherwise, I don't really know what else they should be "less efficient" in.
Officer knives should swipe and charge much faster and maybe even have slitghtly more range.
40 kills with the most basic, cheapest possible dual-wielding standard Bolt Pistol fit...
