Whoever scores the most kills using militia sidearm weapons during the days between 3 October and 20 October will get to leave their mark on New Eden by naming a new Officer variant weapon. Additionally, you can earn up to 750,000 SP during the event period using sidearm weapons. Read the event page for full details!

It's said that booster's apply, how do they work exactly?
If I use a 3 day omega booster during the event, will my sidearm kills during those 3 days will get me 2000SP, with half not counting in the 750k limit? |

You will get bonus 325k SP on top of 750k if you have active omega plugged in at any time during the event period.

Shouldn't omega boosters double the SP gained?
Regular Active Booster: 750k SP + extra 325k SP
Omega Active Booster: 750k SP + extra 750k SP
Is that how it should work or??

The fact that you are doing this event with Militia grade weapons is bloody awesome! This gives everyone a chance to go out there and hammer out some kills!
I am really looking forward to this! Should be a right old laugh seeing militia sidearms everywhere haha! GL everyone!
Just one caveat - might need to fine tune the damage of the Bolt pistol down a bit to make this event spot on. (an possibly the breach scram pistol from what I hear too)

To this: "...the player with the highest number of kills over a single day (from downtime to downtime) using a militia sidearm weapon..."
So, I get it that militia only sidearms are counted. But what about the suit -- militia only?

There is no Militia Breach Scrambler Pistol, so, we're okay... Though it could use a tone down.
If you find an issue and I stumble upon your thread, I will do my darnedest to get the issue known.

By popular demand, from the last Expert Challenge, not only do we 1) give out 1000 SP per sidearm kill for everyone that participates and 2) and also not require proto gear. Who says we don't listen to quality feedback.
