Change WPs from Injectors to:
Std = 25
Adv = 50
PRO = 75
Encourages:
a) using better equipment
b) also using rep tool

Agree with your second sentence, but how does that turn into a 'no' regarding better WP rewards for better equipment? Why would you not want to promote better equipment use by non (yet) LogiBros?

Fixed. this would make logi/heavie combo evne more broken. THERE is a lot of proto logids out there with proto logi gear. this would only make proto stomping worse than it is. and it will be OBrain form this combo. so no.logi gear should stay as is. currently I like the higher tier = better task efficiency thing.
Sorry. I'm not following your logic. Are you saying that WPs from Injectors are the reason people proto stomp? If so, there are two flaws with that thinking:
1) Injectors have to be one of the smallest influencers of proto stomping, but if so,
2) 100% Injectors from the LP store should be more of a concern
