Every pilot knew skill 'stacking' was an issue (even the ones who argue to let it stay agree with that) No one in their right mind thought the normal rate of fire bonus was Over the top, because without it the small rail is worthless as av (but still has the range and accuracy to pop your head off as infantry.
Small missiles have always been the thing people agree are key to ads, it's been said again and again, but it just gets ignored... Bonus rate of fire is meaningless. Those pilots you see go 30+ kills without a death are using missiles, I don't use a Python therefore I don't get any RoF bonus on missiles, yet I still can go a butt load of kills against av using missiles. Try it with a blaster and lololol or a Python with small rails (they die so easily it's not even funny.)
But as per usual people just wanted to see a nerf to dropships, as with every patch... Congrats you got one and left room for another in the next hotfix... That's win win I guess.
Edit - But yeah pilots suck because they try to hide things people don't read when they do make suggestions. |

Maybe I should have 'again' you mean... It's out there but as backed up again by your arrogance no one reads it. Also there's a difference between aiming a turret from a stationary position and aiming from a moving dropship, not to mention firing from the front turret on an ads includes getting your dropship in the way of what you're shooting at.
& since you're so good at taking out 'militia' and 'badly fitted' tanks with your small rail, how about trying it on an rep stacked maddy... Good luck it'll be a long fight if it doesn't turn around and blow you to pieces straight away. |
