Instead of having a multi-missile launcher why not just have a single lock on missile launcher, make it similar to the plasma cannon with clip size being 1 round (Note: weapon is still lock-on for those that don't like reading)
Plus it would be nice to have an unguided missile launcher to just mix it up a little

Anywho.
(Lore Prelude to understand the following message: The term "Missiles" commonly used solely for Guided ordinance also means unguided ordinance in the official definition.)
I wanted to see a Caldari Rocket Launcher that focuses more on precision and acceleration and then have a Minmatar Rocket Launcher that focuses more on raw damage and splash over damage.
Basically what I'm trying to say is:
Caldari Rocket Launcher - Literally any modern accurate Laser-Precise Rocket Launcher
Minmatar Rocket Launcher - Space RPG-7

Or sounds like what the Flaylock Rifle would've/could've been had the OP Flaylock Pistol not been spammed so excessively that it became nerflegend and all mention of anything flaylock buffing disappeared forever.
