Delete and re-instal DUST to correct this, usually a safe thing to do after every downloaded patch anyways. I do this with every patch (Not hotfix obv') and I get a HS sound 100% of the time, even with my Wyr Breach FG

I put all sounds to low and now all I can hear from a headshot is that "wouuuuuuuum" kind of silence. I mean all the sounds mutes when HShot occures. It' is like: (loud)PEW PEW cliceti clock (from tank) PEW PEW (HS) wouuuuu (muted)pew pew pew pew uuuuuum... (loud) PEW PEW PEW and so...

I still get it and I keep dying because of it, I hate how it supresses all other sounds so I have no idea what is going on around me for a few seconds.
