I am a member of said playerbase. My job is primarily to convey useful feedback to CCP, not to present information to the playerbase (that's CCP's job). I think there's a ton of good feedback on the game out there, and I'm really positive about CCP's current handling of it. I do really urge people to send me awesome feedback and suggestions, and send me a link to a thread if it needs to be looked at or answered or what have you. Bear in mind 98% of what the CPM does is entirely behind the surface and will never be seen by the rest of the playerbase. My commentary has nothing to do with my views on our productivity.
