I really want to root for you man. Thanks for the video but explanation is definitely needed, even if its just in the description. It took me a very long time to figure out what you were even trying to accomplish and most people aren't as patient as I am.
1. there is a delay, however the point remains that once they are in that closed gap, next to nothing is going to save you from the Shotgun (and now knives) except other people around you or a very bad scout. 2. there is a delay. The counter starts after the remote leaves your hand, so even if you're in the air and the remote is still falling, its counting that whole time as arming. 3. there is definitely a sound. its the same exact sound as putting down a nanohive or uplink, which is why my blueberries often scare the crap out of me
That being said, only one thing I've seen needs to be fixed, and that's the migrating remotes.

Proxies tend to slide for a bit on the ground before they stick especially when you're moving. I've heard countless complaints from corpmates and other forum users that scouts are throwing remotes and the remotes migrate. I assumed they were just not paying attention or that more than one had been planted, but then I watched it happen in match to a fellow blueberry. The throw happened, I saw the remote hit the ground and the sound associated with eq placement. Then I saw it glitch and appear under the BB's feet. It was like a lag/delayed slide that pushed it across the ground not where the initial animation 'placed' it.
I really wish I had been recording when this had happened.
