Make the gun overheat instantly if it detects a turbo controller, its not hard to code to check for super precise clicks, 1, 2, 3, 4 and bam Jam + overheat(9000) damage to the face, it will really put off turbo controller users. But nooooooo, lets just nerf it to the ground guys!!! PS: its awesome Destiny launches in 8 days. Who said it's nerfed to the ground. Premature QQ ftw I guess

You really where not around i guess when they "made the KBM experience better" with uprising or when they re-designed the suits with the slayer-logi stats or when they "fixed" the Tac, or when they re-worked vehicles....
Dude, from past experience, you should have learned by now how they operate and do things.
I had allot of faith in CCP since i came in from Eve, but because of Dust, ive even quit my 4 Eve accounts, i lost all faith in them being able to pull it off.

Turbo detection is a thing, and a relatively simple thing at that, really. CCP just needs one of their devs to sit down and write it. It'd solve the problem for CR/AR/SG, too. Server gets hit with too many perfectly-spaced inputs within a short amount of time, gun overheats instantly or otherwise stops firing (or kicks you from the match, frankly).

Well now im gonna go to AScR. BTW the suits you see ScR is on Amarr Assault the suit make the weapon better

Not what I asked, I asked if you had a fix that circumvents this problem and still solves the issue of modded controllers. We are aware of the dangers of the overnerf, and I don't want to see the ScR going the way of the flaylock. Be the CQC Spam-machine needs to stop. Heat per shot, not per second. Same for kick on any weapon. It's been suggested since the days of the TAR.
Then we just have another burst HMG...
The RoF at around 550-600 will keep players honest. |

Scramblers need a ROF nerf. No, not a Tac AR "let's make this thing unusable" nerf, but simply bring it down to human achievable levels. modded controllers are what make the scrambler OP. That, and heat buildup per shot, and the scrambler will be in the right place. Well aimed shots, and small bursts of spam before overheat kicks in.

I'm okay with human achievable levels. Lets try to focus it on shutting down turbo controllers rather than artificially making the weapon weaker to achieve this invisible notion of balance.
I really wouldn't mind as long as the weapon will fire as fast as I can press the trigger, it is a semi auto weapon. I don't want to be clicking more than what comes out of the barrel, it must be a 1:1 ratio.
I hope that is possible to do, I dont have the fastest trigger finger compared to most but what they did with the Tac was horrible
