What makes the Assault any more FOTM than the Amarr Commando? Nothing, that's what. I'd argue it's not even better than the Min Assault, possibly not even as good. In fact it WAS nerfed when 1.8 came out along with the other light weapons. If anything the Combat Rifle is OP because you can just hipfire and put out as much DPS or more than if you just tapped the ScR trigger as fast as you can. With the ScR the hipfire is a lot harder to aim and if you want to land a charged shot you also have to aim well so it requires SKILL and is NOT FOTM.
