I've seen several people make threads saying that we should revamp starter fits, and give more of them for greater NPE. So here you go, I just spent the past hour on Protofits making these suits, and damn it is difficult trying to fit in the CPU/PG requirements.
Disclaimers:
In the heavy fits a STD HMG is equipped since there is no MLT HMG in existence currently. It is simply a placeholder.
The Minmatar light frame slot layout is incorrect in Protofits, I simply made due with it.

My suggestion? Make them even more racial.
Give the Assault Starters and Light Starters Racial Pistols. (Use basic tier as surrogates.)
Am heavy should be using Forgegun and ScP combo. No Minmatar weapons. |

They should remove the basic non role specific drop suits and skills, and let starter fits receive bonuses from their role making them a bit more lucrative in usage.

Starter fits don't have roles, so there are no bonuses for them to receive.
Removing basic frames only seems smart if you are looking at medium frames, I get plenty of usage out of heavy frames and light frames, the mediums just need a buff.

Gal already had it, but I edited the Amarr Assault so it has one now.

I'd like to see each race have a few infinite starter fits like we have now. I'd also like to see a set of several 0 SP militia fittings representing a wide variety of roles, that come with a handful (5-10) of copies each. Every race would have the same set, and it would expose the new player to a broad cross section of weapons/suits/roles across all of the races. They would have to restock them as if they had made the fits themselves. So to clarify, you get infinite copies of your particular racial setup, and then a bunch of militia fits with a handful of copies of each.
This is the list of suits I came up with.

That Gallente starter assault you should switch its grenade to a flux grenade and maybe give it a low tier active scanner

Amarrians Lore wise don't use Reppers, they're tankers...
If the player wanted Armor Reppers on his Amarrian Suit then he'll/she'll do it manually, but let try keep these Starter Fits Lore Friendly...
