Heck, the pilot tab is in game and we don't have those.

Don't forget the option for deployable installations too! 
The Crusader suit was the Squad Leader suit, right?
I was so excited watching the trailers for Uprising when they showed the Amarr Assault suit, because I really thought that was going to be the Crusader suit. It was sad learning that. About as sad when I reread the dev blog that talked about new equipment and that deployable shield and cloak didn't have any actual work done but were just things they wanted to implement.
At least I got 1 of the 3 things I was excited for. . . too bad the cloak is a piece of dung that's all "Predator" type stuff instead of a tool to move about undetected like the Cloak Field in EVE.

They actually had an Amarr Crusader, but yeah it was for squad lead to boost your squads, I don't remember the exact details but like a built in cru, damage bonus for squad stuff like that.

simple answer: yes
but they're working on enough things all at once that when something like this happens it can get swept under the rug as they point you to other things

Well, they should at least get the community response on it to see if we thought their suggestions are good, instead of doubting yourselves and scarping up the ideas think it would've been worthless...

Okay how bout this.. We post ideas of how we think it should function? Unless they've already made it..
Squad lead support, mobile cru, start with more ammo/nades -squad members
Damage bonus, HP/RoF bonus -squad members
Or just a WP booster, more WP when near him etc..?

As long as there are no graphical changes, they could release any number of dropsuits they wanted though no? Its just a new database listing as long as the graphical assets already exist within the current version of the client.
