And why 3 weeks? Because it takes Sony a week to process the changes CCP sends in - which means we have 2 weeks to talk with CCP about the changes they want to implement that will drastically effect our choices made thus far. Hotfix Charlie was released yesterday on 13/08/2014 that is a months notice.
