You're wealthy when you can run proto 24/7, in my opinion. For me, that's around 10, maybe 20 mill. However, there are others that exploited a few things and have more than a billion. There are also merchants who have made their share by selling things at high value. To be wealthy in my personal book, one must not care of you're wealthy or not. Just have fun, or quit the game. Those are the only ways one can truly be wealthy, in my opinion.
