Earnestly though? Goons have consistently been a nonentity in Dust for the obvious reasons. If there were any real gameplay in it I'm sure Mittens would actually spend resources acquiring some leaders with experience in games of Dust's type (FPS, large player counts). As it stands? Why waste the effort. Other groups have had more players, more initial resources, and more interest in Dust.

When I read my previous post I sounded like an adolescent female complaining about not having stuff when she is on the PMS cycle (sorry if I had offended any females there). Let us answer each question asked here.
- Why the hell are we mad at anyone?
  Easy we the playerbase felt played. Stay with me on this one, we felt played since the PC passive ISK gain was taken out but to be fair it was a gamebreaking mechanic. It was rather unfortunate Kain took advantage of the situation with holding all districts under DNS. After he succeed in taking out the passive ISK gain he dismantled DNS and the alliance, made out with the ISK gained without any backlash. Anyone who had played PC before then has the feeling of being played just like the rest of the playerbase. The fault was not only at programing here, greed played a role too. Also keep in mind the the Goons not too long ago lost Billions of ISK with a big war in EVE which almost, keyword ALMOST dismantled them permanently. but was it at fault of the Goons? No, programing allowed for this and caused this to happen.

So the real time to play was on the weekends if and only if my friends were not doing anything that upcoming weekend (This year it would be late Aug to late May next year).
The second question is a no brainer, this problem is due to faulty programming but at the same time it is due to the fault of high demand from players. A lot of what from that answer. Programming is not an easy task nor an easy field unless gifted at it. Put on top of that the constant nagging of players for things that should be here, should be nerfed, should be buffed, and so on so forth. I will let you the player(s) make up your own answer to that question

Yes, you are wrong. That video was a direct response to your previous statement, but I wasn't sure if it was the correct one[video] at the time (That was the fact being dealt with). Now I am sure it is.
As far as this thread being a goonfeet hate thread, I really don't have an opinion on the matter. Kane is a big boy, and can take care of himself; and goonfeet will continue being a safe space for goons to play vidya games, whatever the state of dust or the opinion of pubbies happens to be. |

What your saying here isn't actually true though, every game has groups that have fun at the expense of the other players in it. Go to youtube and search for griefing videos for TF2, Counter Strike, or any reasonably known MMO and you'll find them. Those games manage to keep on trucking because they are good games that are run by people who know how to run and properly balance an online genre game.

The internet's unreliable as a place to get information and the news is biased, it's always been that way, just learn how to sift through it, same thing with religion, just be a good person, don't be naive but be good and spread good.

Companies look at long term gains and renewable energy shows a gradual profit loss as it doesn't incur constant fees.
An example is our houses running off solar power, one off payments rather than a continuous money vaccum.

i believe in the figure and what he preaches, but i should make you realize, preaching what to practice and actually practicing it are 2 different things, the church does this, they have abandon the original ways and become an empty shell of its former self. global warming hasn't been proven at all. bringing up a picture of a chart and saying (this is this and that is that) is not proof.
i should say that, i follow the teachings of jesus, not the teachings of the church, which if you would look carefully at, you would see they hardly follow his original teachings.

A large portion of the cause with the American civil war was to do with money, the south didn't want to be taxed to fk but they dirtied themselves with the slavery, which was not as rife as people think because only the wealthy could afford slaves, just like anywhere in the world.
Its fked because the union seemed to unite, but brought with it taxes, while the south didn't want the nasty taxes and stuff, yet generally thought slavery was OK despite roughly 75% of them not actually owning slaves.
Ultimately, if I remember right, about half the confederates simply gave up. They must have seen how much of a fk up the whole thing was just the same way we do now.
I have a very old PC game called north vs south, that's not where I learnt about that war though. Its a turn based strategy game, very fun.
