I haven been on the forums in a long time and haven't heard anything on whether or not he is still in EVE Online and just left dust or if he quit CCP altogether.
so, where is he?

Earnestly though? Goons have consistently been a nonentity in Dust for the obvious reasons. If there were any real gameplay in it I'm sure Mittens would actually spend resources acquiring some leaders with experience in games of Dust's type (FPS, large player counts). As it stands? Why waste the effort. Other groups have had more players, more initial resources, and more interest in Dust.
