Ive spinned my head a bit around and here are some ideas for hotfix delta:
-shield reptool should only heal shields at a low rate cause that triggers the natural shield recharge too. I would say ~20/25HPs should be fine.
-Bonuses for LAV's add caldari and gallente LAV specialisation skillbooks which give the same rate of fire bonuses like a ADS Gallente LAV specialisation= small rail/blaster rate of fire by +10% per lvl caldari LAV specialisation= small missile rate of fire +10% per lvl both skillbooks are unlocked after LAV operation lvl3
-replace normal dropships with logistic dropships Replace the myron with the Eryx and the grimsnes with the prometheus (they have inbuild CRU's). Add a spawn time reduction of 1s per lvl on the dropship skillbook. (yes both ships exist in the game but have beeing removed)
-return of the marauders add the marauder skillbook back into the game for gallente and caldari. The sagaris (caldari) should get a fitting bonus for missiles turrets which grants 5% reduced PG+CPU. The Surya (gallente) should get a fitting bonus for blaster turrets which is aswell 5% less PG+CPU on small and large turrets
-Option to kick all passangers from your vehicles Just press and hold down square for longer then 3 secs to kick all players from your vehicle. This would aswell be benefical with logistic dropships so that the pilot can make a precise drop of infantry at a objective. (dunno if its possible but its worth a thought)
-add missing items to FW store Forgeguns, heavys, grenades (AV,flux and locus) for example.
-assault swarm launcher rebalance change the assault swarm launcher into a dumb fire weapon which fires unguided missiles.
Well thats it for now. These are the ideas that i have additionally to the sidearm rebalance which is planned aswell for delta.

But I dig thinking like this.
All but dumbfire swarms (cause some chucklehead scout will just anti-personnel with it)

No new stuff, only number changes.
And no, no dumb fire swarms. They'll be worthless for AV (see plasma cannon). They should be faster and do less damage than normal swarms, if anything.
Also, I think I heard somewhere that Delta was going to focus on sidearm balance. |

lav skills are lacking....why go over level one????
add caldari lav and gallente lav skills would like to see lav variants return
I would like to see all vehicle variants return and be rebalanced but that will take time....lets start with lavs and go up from there

First, let's make skills with no bonus (the majority of them) give us a bonus in some way.
Rattati has spoken. CalScout hitbox is fine. You're gun game is broken.

Dumb fire swarms has been done. Itended EXTREMELY badly in beta which is why they are lock-only.
They were pretty much the only viable slayer weapon cuz you just cannot dodge that barrage. |

You seem to fail to understand that new skills can be added like previously demonstrated with the armor compsition skill which reduces speed penalty by 10% on vehicle plates. the vehicles Did exist they just have beeing taken off the market hell i even still have a sagaris in my assets. The eryx and prometheus are the same case.

I agree that we desperately need this shield rep tool, however there is a small problem here, if we get a 20hp boost then when we get shot again by anything it will reset the shield delay and it will be for normal instead of depleted now which is much worse.
personally I Think the best way is to make a shield regulator tool, which the logi can keep on the target the same as their armour rep, but what it will do is kick start the charge when the shield tanker ducks for cover, that will mean that energisers and rechargers will still be worth it as the heavy (speaking as a calsent) will still use their own rep rate, it won't be o.p as it won't directly give hp, so the heavy will still need to use cover, as it won't rep until they're not taking damage ans the logibro will still get their guardian points as normal. it also brings in a squad tactical decision of sorts, the logi will decide if he/she should take an armour repper or a shield regulator |

In the spirit of making shield reps not just be carbon copies of armor repair, and stay in line with how modules work, what about this:
Shield Transporter forces target's shields to continually recharge at the target's recharge rate, even while under fire (As suggested above).
Shield Transporter increases target's shield recharge by a %, with the % increasing with tier. Something like 25%/45%/65%. |

I don't know about shield reppers... an even half-competent heavy with two logi-bros, one with armor reps, one with shield reps? No thanks.
However... if we made it so only one could be engaged at a time, with a cooldown time (5+ second) between when one kind of rep stopped and the other could start... ooh, I've got it!
So [player A] is getting his armor repped by [player B]. When [player B] disengages his armor rep tool, the healing "glow" remains on [player A]'s clone for 5+ seconds. If [player C] tries to use his shield rep tool on [player A] before the "glow" subsides, there is feedback damage done to both [player C] and [player A] as long as the shield rep beam is engaged. It would be like not "crossing the streams", if you know the reference. Thoughts? |

An ability to sell back items you cannot/ would never use for at least 75% of the price seeing how we do not have a player/open market going for us yet. It seems as if they are transporting that idea to legion when in all reality it should go to DUST first.

Heavies had more HP than today when swarms were dumbfire. Swarm shots were OHK.
This is not a good idea unless swarms are FUNDAMENTALLY rebuilt from the ground up.
Imagine having four double-damage mass driver shells land on you ALL AT ONCE

Swarms where capable to be dumb fired in closed beta AFTER they have beeing nerfed vs infantry. All what would happend if you shot swarms at some 1 is that you look like a moron. Its more like a shotgun effect vs vehicles if you get up close.
