Which means plenty.
ADV should be effective: it will be much more effective post-Charlie. PRO was brought down because the gap was enormous before and bringing the other up and keeping PRO the same would've been ridiculous.
Swarms currently are effective. I run no Proficiency CBR-7s and I do fine. Do I kill evey vehicle? Nope, but I do drive them away, which is why you get damage points.
If you want to kill a vehicle in 2-3 volleys then you most definitely don't get to get 150+ WP from just damage as well as the destruction. Killing a vehicle is hard, certainly, but it's not undoable and AV is no longer insufficient in terms of WP. And Charlie is a buff for the more accessible tiers of Swarms. For the game overall,this is a good thing.

It seems like any swarms kill my ADS in 3 shots if I cannot get away. Seeing as I'm paying half a mill for them and they require a large amount of skill points all over the place, I think they do need a nerf instead of the buff they are getting.

Psh, the only thing that can kill my ADS are those swarms. Usually do to knock back. At least with a forge or tank I can dodge the shot, swarms I have to spend much of my time outrunning them.

With the number, it's actually a nerf to ADS as lower class swarms will be hitting harder and in higher numbers. With the light damage mod changes the Swarms will also being doing more damage.
Forge Changes needed Officer Splash 3.0, Proto 2.7 Advanced 2.5 Standard 2.1.
Original ROF needs to return!

Anyone who will use damage mods already uses them , a 2.5% in the complex mods will not make up for the 7 or 8% nerf to swarms. The increased ammo though is a buff. From a vehicle users perspective swarms are being buffed, the lower tiers will not be so easy to just ignore. I asked for this change so I can't really complain but those hurt are the dedicated swarmers who skilled into them. We get nerfed and our competition for WP increases. I am taking a wait and see approach but I am scared we may have upset the balance we have.

Overall, swarms will be more dangerous: that is, ADV/STD swarms will be almost as dangerous as PRO ones, which means well likely see more being fielded.
Even proto swarms are ineffective. I like the idea of buffing militia and advanced, but the nerf to proto makes no sense at all. Everything needs to come up another step, IMHO.
