the burst isnt meant for multiple targets though. its been redesigned to destroy single targets, particularly targets that are being repped. so im thinking itd be good for popping in and out from behind cover. its keeps you out of the line of fire while dealing extreme damage with each burst. itll be interesting to see how it actually hndles when charlie finally hits release

I needed 810 shields and my 50 rep rate just so I don't get instablabbed by the armor heavies, who could have reps btw, and I have to have relatively low hp for a giant hitbox to get hp/s. Regulator in the lows for maximum harvesting of tears.
