Instead if looking for balance CCP is nerfing and buffing stuff. I have many Alts with many different riles and this allows me to see things in a different point of view. Here's what its come to: CCP is balancing the Scout and the Heavy. While Scout and Heavy have there big war, both Scout and Heavy are shitting on assaults, Logi's, even ADS's pilots. For Example: I witnessed 5 Proto HMG's take down an ADS. As I played on my assault character I just kept getting killed by Scouts. When I play my Heavy I absolutely dominate Assaults other Heavy's Logi's and some Scouts. When I get on my Scout I T-bag Proto Heavy's. Tell me if you notice the pattern and the obvious outcome.
While I respect your opinion on the whole situation, I have to say that 5 proto hmg's deserve to kill a ADS as much as it takes 2-3 proto breach forges to sync shot one out of the sky. Also as I play a scout on this account I have to say that it is more or less fair that if he(scout) got that close to you then you deserve your death by shotty, ScP, Ar, Nk, or Plc. Furthermore from ADS vs Heavy arguments that i've seen it made me come to the conclusion that while both cost a ton of isk and Sp it takes as stated 2-3 forgers to drop an ADS with a sync shot or at least a trap from different perspectives to make sure he can't run away but still at mercy of all infantry killing him in or during the process of shooting or going for a second shot and that ADS can't see the dust player just like I can't see people clearly sometimes from my sniper when their 450-500 meters away from me but all the while having AB to rush out before(I know there's more circumstances) said enemy forges or swarms finish it off if not completely destroyed due to insufficient damage. As for the scout t-bagging heavy thing (funny way of putting it BTW), I also have a heavy account which is committed to Amarr and I picked up a habit of randomly spraying down a long corridor, up towards a ledge or railing, and pre-spraying before I turn corners or go up or downstairs to keep away from sneak attacks from scouts.
This game is at a hospital and on the verge of dying or becoming like a minecraft server that has only new people and no mods that understand the world their in at all. If it stays online i'll pop back on and off just to be a helpful guide of some sorts to new people and things but as the community of bunnies are now, the game may as well yank the plug out as like a person being tied up at the limbs and pulled in all directs by the world strongest, fastest horses. Agree or not, this is my opinion.
P. S: As far as hmg goes it can as you said, be t-bagged by scouts right? And from the complaints i've seen there's ALWAYS a scout or 5 right?

My point was 5 heavies all concentrating fire on a ADS with proto hmgs, all the while may be wearing fits that, at least I would, be filled with damage mods and have my proficiency 5 on it while aiming with more heavies (the only people I run high level basic heavy/sentinels with proficiency 3+ in hmgs, adv/proto hmgs) on its weak point while it is in my optimal range is fair ground for that stupid pilots death...
Also the description never said it was designed for AV! Unless i'm wrong it said anti-material. (I may be wrong here) YOU are material to me.

I kinda miss murder taxi days! My Re's and swarms were fun then!! Your right considering ADS would be LAV and MAV right?
