Take note: These suits are underperforming relative to other suits in their own class (i.e. assault, commando, logi, scout, etc.). This is not about inter-role relations, but rather intra-role relations.
Ill start from the heaviest and go to the lightest--
Sentinel: Minmitar Reasoning-Shield based sentinel with lowest HP, useless resistances, and poor recharge.
Suggested buffs-Give it the minmitar heavy frame sprint/move speed, and switch the bonus Hp that is given because of the sentinel role to shield rather than armor, and switch the plasma resist to shields, so that it helps with shotgunners more effectively. Perhaps increase shield recharge rate by X amount.
Commando: ? (I believe the commandos are all relatively balanced with each other, but perhaps tell me if you believe otherwise, as i have little knowledge about inter-commando balance)
Logistics: Gallente and Caldari Reasoning-In a more competitive environment, the Am and Min logis will be the better choice each and every time due to more EQ slots/ SA/ better bonuses
Suggested buffs: The Gal-logi will be better come Charlie (will have to see how that plays out), but perhaps a better secondary AS bonus may be in order, such as CDR. For the Cal-logi, i would suggest simply increasing the nano-hive bonuses to the point that the repair hives can compete with a min-logi repair tool to a certain extent.

A militia suit with 1200 eHP, sprint speed of an assault (7~ m/s with a kincat), dat HMG.
It's one thing to face a bricked heavy that sprints slower than my movement speed, it's another to meet a heavy that matches my speed while still wielding that beast of a weapon called the HMG and with quite a bit of HP.

The current gallente bonus is fine, once the suit itself is a viable option the bonus will shine a bit more. But in regards to you giving caldari weapons even *MORE* range, all I have to say is go **** yourself. The rail rifle is already at a range where other weapons don't even have a chance to compete because the rail rifle outranges them so drastically - so much so that getting closer isn't even an option.

I tell you having that faster reload time is great for a cal assault because their weapons have a low clip size so if you are in cqc that assault RR will be more deadly

A Minmatar Sentinel with one compleat Kin-Cat has the same sprinting speed as an Amarr Sentinel with two. Provided neither are using Plates with penalties.

The Amarr logi's bonus isn't better than the Caldari's bonus. Your suggestion is buffing the Caldari bonus so it's rep hives can compete with the Min rep tool but I wonder if you realize that these bonuses only make the equipment perform as good as they did before the equipment was nerfed and logi's got these bonuses; and the rep hives had no problem competing with rep tools before the nerf

Skipped to the end so I dont know if this has been responded to, The Amarr and Caldari have the lowest EQ slots at 3 VS the Minmatar and Gallente having 4. The Amarr bonus only slightly outperforms the Gallente, if at all, as proto scanning bonus is pretty useful, maybe not MORE so than uplinks but its up there, Caldari is definitely the worst bonus, but even then it isnt bad.

Honestly, the main problem with the Gallente and Caldari Logistics is that the bonuses are utter garbage, and unfairly favor the Matari and Amarr Logistics.
In my opinion, the Logi bonus should be changed to +5% Equipment Efficiency per Level and +5% Reduction to Equipment CPU/PG per level. Then we could give them all a new bonus.

Matar scout shouldnt have ewar bonuses. Because you should not focus ont that. If you want, eqiup 2 damps as every other scout that want to be invisible.
About logis. Every will have 4 eq, and same H and L slots. Amarr will have sidearm... they will have 15 total slots. They will sacrafise nothing for sidearm, like they do now.
Matar logis are just slaves with repair tools. Let them fullfill that role, they are good slaves.

I have to disagree with the matar heavy being "weak" there's nothing more disheartening than laying waste to its shields and then coming upon 500+ armor against a beast that runs just as fast as you and carries a hmg the damn suit is like finding fools gold it's never what you had in mind.

RoF on Gallente Assault? **** that, too.
Over-accentuating the given abilities is bad. Making the Bonuses work to bring them closer together at Proto should be the goal. Like bringing the Range Bonus to Gallentes with ARs (where it's needed) and give the Caldari a Hack Bonus (or something) to bring them closer to the battles on objectives.
*Minmatar Heavies are ******* awesome. A Shield Recharge Bonus would only be more awesome. Thanks.

I would disagree with a range bonus for rail weaponry as the RR is already the range king but a spool up reduction makes sense compared to the other assaults. The Gallente bonus would be more in line if it was a range increase.

Also, just as a question for the people saying that the minmitar sentinel is in a good place, why have i never seen one in a single PC? Ive seen caldari, amarr and lots of gallente, but no minmitar. Just food for thought.
So is the spool up reduction a good idea?
Also, what do people think about the gal-assault bonus?
Finally, to the person who commented on this, please explain why giving the minmitar scout an eWar bonus equivalent to other scouts eWar bonuses would not be ok. Id like to hear the explanation.

Cal Assault is by far one of the hardest to run and I feel it is behind Gal Assault, why? Simple, shields are not in a good place for they placed shield penalties when you stack, but armor has three choices and one has no penalty the other are minor. Second shields take more CPU and PG then armor. I can get more out of a basic armor plate than I would out of a complex shield extender. So shields are lacking IMO.
Closed Beta Vet and gave up on assault back to Heavy full time. Remove cloaks balance scouts.

Why don't you see Minmatar Sentinels in PC? Because I've been labeled "pub scrub". Also, Minmatar Sentinels must keep moving. Logis ******* hate to run. If you're not participating in the DPS/Rep circle jerk at the bottleneck, and actually pushing the next point, then people actually get pissy. As if they thought they could win a match by securing the **** out of 1 lousy objective. Yes, I'm completely ******* serious.
