Ill start from the heaviest and go to the lightest--
Sentinel: Minmitar
Reasoning-Shield based sentinel with lowest HP, useless resistances, and poor recharge.
Suggested buffs-Give it the minmitar heavy frame sprint/move speed, and switch the bonus Hp that is given because of the sentinel role to shield rather than armor, and switch the plasma resist to shields, so that it helps with shotgunners more effectively. Perhaps increase shield recharge rate by X amount.
Commando: ? (I believe the commandos are all relatively balanced with each other, but perhaps tell me if you believe otherwise, as i have little knowledge about inter-commando balance)
Logistics: Gallente and Caldari
Reasoning-In a more competitive environment, the Am and Min logis will be the better choice each and every time due to more EQ slots/ SA/ better bonuses
Suggested buffs: The Gal-logi will be better come Charlie (will have to see how that plays out), but perhaps a better secondary AS bonus may be in order, such as CDR. For the Cal-logi, i would suggest simply increasing the nano-hive bonuses to the point that the repair hives can compete with a min-logi repair tool to a certain extent.
Assaults(post-Charlie): Gallente and maybe Caldari
Reasoning-Am and Min assaults will keep their amazing bonuses while still getting equal buffs to the Gal and Cal assaults in terms of slots and HP, which makes Gal and Cal assaults much less appetizing.
Suggested buffs: Switch Gal assault bonus to a 1-2% RoF increase with plasma weaponry, and Cal to 3-5% increased range/ zoom with rail weaponry or 10-15% reduced spool up time. (Waiting on HF Charlie to see how the assaults play out, don't read too much into this right now)
Scouts (post-Charlie): Maybe Minmitar
Reasoning: All other scouts receive an eWar bonus, while minmitar does not. The min-scout viability is dependent on 1. If the Am scout is abused and 2. If the gal-logi is abused and 3. The substantiality of the NK buffs.
Suggested buffs: To make the Minja more of an assassin type scout, give it an eWar bonus on par with other scouts with an active dampening bonus that gives an amount of dampening while the cloak is active enough that they can have two low slots instead of one available for code breakers/kincats.
