As a generalization sure, and we all told CCP the simple, no effort way to fix that back then. But when decently used it was a fantastic tool...we had a great series of scrims with Imps/IE when next to no one would take your fights and we had a long standing scrim friendship with TSOL, playing 2 matches a night every Fri. and Sat...plus Slosh Ops swoon It would not have taken much thought on CCP's part to make PC an attractor that stood apart from CB's instead of just nuking the CB code, but you know...lolCCP.
