Thought so. You bring up a valid point about PVE. And it's true, many players enjoy it. But then there are players like me that hate PVE. In EVE I only do PVE when I absolutely have to so I can have ISK to support my PVP addiction. The same would be true if Dust had PVE or if Legion becomes a real thing.
You have the same outlook as me.
Since PvP in gaming was implemented, iv never looked back. I do however enjoy cinematic type games like metro because I appreciate the effort that went in.
Grinding bots?, aargh. I will play destiny asap though to see what its like.

I'm not talking about killing Dust because you have to be in the same market to do that and games like what you mentioned , any sports game or fighting like Mortal Combat ( even though that's going to be nice from what I've seen .) are not even in the same markets in game play and style . You just can't compare the two besides the fact that there on consoles . You need a game like Dust to compare it to .

I play planetside 2 and I can't see how that will kill dust. They are both good and different.

It shouldn't even be in beta. 500m was spent on game development AND marketing not just development. Also Destiny' s beta isn't a true beta. The game is fully developed, we are just seeing a small preview. Like a 5-6 min pron clip of an actual scene.
Its still 500 million but that's good to know.
