Why? Because 57/1That's why. You just don't have the regen or the HP buffer on a Minmatar one compared to the Amarr with 3 lows. I can get 721 armor with 20 hp/s...while the minmatar relies too much on shield regen...I'm a true armor lover at heart.
So, what I'm hearing is that even the most popular Minmatar suit with its racial bonus is still under powered... Figures.
