...By the way, by having a lot of Proto Focus(and Flux) Scanner, it's continued to be scanned endlessly it a problem?
i think that its OP.
Because, only have one person Gal Logi, it is synonymous passive ability powerful at all times and be assigned to the squad everyone.
And to limit the number to be able to carry at the same time, what about?
It should not be weakened.

Id like to see them take a tad more PG just so a four focused scanner galogi ballerina is discouraged
I would like to encourage use of the proximity scanner and focused together with other logi equipment

We can still damp below it if need be.
Our job then will be to eliminate the scanner logi.
This should help reduce spam. Most likely, they will carry one or two and try to scan objectives or hot spots to pick up scouts.
You start doing it too much, and we will hunt you down for the entire match.

eWAR is normalized between the scouts. Everyone can do it okay to a degree, Amarr and Gal have stronger scans, but Cal has fantastic range.

It has equalized all of the scouts, brought Cal into line, and makes Amarr and Minmatar PC viable again.

But, Gal Logi it be given an effect on all the range(100m60-¦ "x4") all time and all clones, Is not too strong?

Suppose, they can cover all directions if had more than Gal Logi.
Of course !! it is also possible to avoid( Ghost says true). pÇÉHowever, would have been forced unilaterally fittingpÇæ
If they do not have only one, chance should also increase. To close combat during the cool-down time.
(The weakness can be eliminated by more than one person to scan or Scouts Passive.)

Meh, just don't see the point. Knowing that the only thing the Gal Logi can really do is scan Scouts to a point where they'll just max EWAR fit and then the Gal Logi is useless. Might as well just take advantage of the shared squad passive scans and just run Amarr Scout with that precision/85m range, let the Gallente Logi do his job at supporting the team by other means.

I think its stupid that the caldari scout recieves a dampening bonus. Damps+range is what made the gallente scout broken in the first place. Sure they couldnt prey on other scouts but on every 1 else they could. |

I don't know about that , that's what they should have had in the first place with the amount of highs that they have and the lows have to be stacked with damps which lead to just one viable fit for lows .
If they have a damp bonus that leads to balance and the ability to have multiple fittings and not gimping yourself , while others have a clear advantage .
That would even the scale so to speak and adds variety instead of being stuck and SOL .
Me personally ... became tired of stacking all e-war materials and having no survivability , no kin cats , no reps and so on . I don't tank because for a Cal scout in my eyes , it doesn't make sense and if I wanted to play light assault I would have specked into Amarr .
Now everyone has a purpose and this should become more interesting .
I might have proto mods but not suits so it hurts when most scouts have proto suits , the changes will even the playing field .
You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.

but as soon as people relize gal logis will counter MOST scout fits and by most I mean the 95% brick tanknked scout fits.
if you don't want to be scaned..........be a scout and use dampeners.
so far if I want to counter scouts its either my gall logi or my gal assault. (even caldari scouts cant avoid my breach ar.)

the 15DB scan is only for the duvolle focused active scanner (proto) and thats whats allready in the game. They are building the scouts around the gal. logi with ridicoulus fits. Like if a amarr scout would run 4 dampeners. There is a small line where you dont want to be scanned or beeing so paper thin that a militia SMG will drop you within half a sec. |

How many even actually use the Gall logi? I could be missing the obvious here however the only thing I regularly see is Heavies and Scouts. Medium suits are a spattering but usually cheap suits / starter suits.
I rarely run into Gall logis with scanners. How about you guys?

If an Amarr scout wishes to dodge scans, theycan use 3 damp/cloak, and then Shield Tank(ZOMG) and become an assassin(albeit worse than a Minja)
