I know this is a little bit naughty but I thought I'd share it with you all, if you pre order off Amazon you receive an instant email containing the beta promotional code, once you have it you can then immediately cancel your order, see you on the 17th lol. |

it still sounds shady to me. but i dont have to worry!. i won aishas give away!. but technically the redeem code was just a code to get the actual codes. which will be given to me be bungie on the 17th..if im understanding correctly.

You can also go to gamestop ( for sure maybe others) and put down 5$ on the game and get beta access. The code should be printed right on the receipt. |

Canceled my order as soon as I completed the order (also got the email confirmation of my order being successfully cancelled). Will they still email me the code?

I don't know mate, I waited until I received two emails both of which arrived at the same time before cancelling my order. |

I just pre-ordered on Amazon and got my code.
However, as I want the game regardless I didnt cancel it.
I will be the only player to Prototype every single god damn weapon before Dust dies. 3 to go.

Yeah.. tried again and got the code in the email. If you cancel your order right away, then you won't receive the code in the email.
