Don't worry, put a "ad" out and see who is willing to help me prove it. problem is though there are quite a few number of players that don't feel the issue either. Aeon amandi is already doing some testing and recording.
These players don't even notice frame rate drops below 20... latency issues... Hit detection issues..
Or the red guy standing beside them for the last 2 minutes. |

Never know... Might be some validity in it... Collision boxes were bugged when sprinting once so, who knows..
I would be interested to see your findings mate.
Personally I am unsure about the Caldari scout. They do seem a little tougher to kill than even tanked armour scouts but I am hesitant to say they are bugged or glitched as I seem to have no problem shotgunning them in the back when I run a dampened Gallente scout.
Someone else mentioned hip firing...I do agree that for what ever reasons Caldari scouts dont ~seem~ to take as much damage from hipfire as any other suit (Including other enemy scouts and other shield tankers).... however this is totally just a matter of opinion with no real proof as of yet.

Sadly, even video footage is not always enough to prove a valid concern. Shotgun has had poor hit detection since 1.4. It was fixed very briefly but has since cropped up again.
The main issue is consistency; I don't mind if the shotgun has a few strange quirks, as long as I can react accordingly. I am not certain if its lag or not, but we need something to help with the shotgun being such a wild card its not worth using.

What is ironic is in another match the guy got sniped, it clearly said 17 armor left and I just kept hitting with my magsec while watching the shields regen.
This really needs to be fixed.
I'm truly at the breaking point of quiting this game.
75% of my deaths are suicide (I pop hives and uplink where I want to forge snipe and then suicide and spawn in as Forge), Orbital, or some kind of Bug (i.e. Cal Hit box, lag, etc.). The other 25% are rail snipers in the redline, normal snipers in the redline, normal deaths, forge sniped, and just normal stuff people have to deal with when they become a target when you harass like I do.
I know this is not the first time this has been posted on the forums. Hotfix Charlie needs to make the scout hitbox the same for all scouts and I suggest the minmatar hitbox as a reference. Lol I didn't get damage is because I didn't get out I rammed my DS into you |
