It doesn't make sense to me that Logistics only get one bonus to 1 item and behave the same way for other items as any other suit would.
There's a lot of talk of how to buff Assaults medium suits are in a bad place in general. People often tend to ignore Logis because they are cuddled up next to their teddy bears.
Now, my idea is to have dynamic bonuses to all Logistics scouts depending on their Race which is as follows:
Amarr: 10% reduction to drop uplink spawn time and +2 to max. spawn count per level. 5% to nanohive max. nanites and +2% to supply rate and repair amount per level. +3% to active scanner visibility duration and +2% to active scanner precision per level. +1 LOCK-ON and 5% to repair amount per level.
Caldari: +10% to nanohive max. nanites and +5% to supply rate and repair amount per level. 4% reduction to drop uplink spawn time and +1 to max. spawn count per level. +5% to repair tool range and 2% to repair amount per level. +6% to active scanner RANGE and +4% to active scanner precision per level.
Gallente: +10% to active scanner visibility duration and +5% to active scanner precision per level. +2% to repair tool range and 6% to repair amount per level. 2% reduction to drop uplink spawn time and +1 to max. spawn count per level. +6% to nanohive max. nanites and +5% to ONLY repair amount per level.
Minmatar: +10% to repair tool range and 5% to repair amount per level. +4% to active scanner visibility duration and +3% to active scanner precision per level. 2% reduction to drop uplink spawn time and +1 to max. spawn count per level. +3% to nanohive max. nanites and +6% to supply rate and repair amount per level.
These numbers are of course nonconcrete but they are there just as a basis.
What do you think?

So basically I get one other logi, both with flux reppers and suddenly my whole team gets reps. Once again these numbers are not concrete but how are people going to manage having a leash on 5/7 people at one time? That just sounds like a Mass Drivers Paradise if they actually did it.

Dunno how often you hang out in Domination, but the Supply Depot room on the Gallente Research Facility tends to get pretty crowded. I farmed 1100 WP there inside a minute earlier today with two beams. I cannot conceive of the sheer number of points I would gain with seven. Hmmm. Alright I see your point.
I'll try to find a better bonus.
You know, if repair tools actually had a cool down time or had a need to recharge it would open up so many possibilities.

Gallente: +10% to active scanner visibility duration and +5% to active scanner precision per level. +4% to repair tool range and 3% to repair amount per level. 3% reduction to drop uplink spawn time and +1 to max. spawn count per level. +3% to nanohive max. nanites -or- +2% to ONLY repair amount per level

What do you think? FTFY No logistics should be equal with anothers racial gear, enemy racial gear should get the least buffs. This is more realistic.
I already made it considerably weaker between rivals.
By the way The Caldari and Gallente have very similar tech compared to the other races so they will share more in common if you didn't know.

Giving the Amarr the exact same repair amount is weaker? No it isn't,that's trying to make it where only 1 logistics is needed in PCs the Amarr logistics. Following a heavy with a core focused in a PC for example. Or Gal? Being as proficient as the equipment creators? Lolno, but skilled with it yes.
I didn't give them the range and bonus combo I just gave them the rep bonus, why? Because they are an armor race, in fact they are THE Armor race.

The repair tool is large based around that crystal. It's a major part in why it works (and consumes no ammo) herein which they have the half bonus. I'd go down from 5% per level but 2% is way too low, especially for any armor race. Anyway, this is just temporary until Legion comes and makes everything right with racial equipment.

And since armor is still king, people need incentive to be a squishy Min over a rough and durable Amarr logistics. 3%
