If you take away my Syndicate SMG I'll quit. Look vets payed money to support this game by buying blueprints. Weve stuck though countless FOTM and bugs for this game, taking away our BPOs would be the last straw for a lot of people. And really, have they saved me that much isk? Who knows but even if I've saved a few mil off of BPOs, that amount of isk over the amount of time I've played is literally nothing.

BPOs are more or less, a veteran privilege. So removing them would be punishing the people who have stuck around for over a year. Your "Syndicate". Merc pack or in-game marketplace? Marketplace. All my other BPOs were in the Merc Pack though. I am... the only one I know.... who went out of their way to get a GameStop Mercpack... just for the "Syndicate".... forever alone....... We Southern Hemisphere dudes don't have Gamestop. EB Games never acknowledged Dust as a game. Heck, it's barely recognizable as one.
K/D(r) WP/D(r) matchmaking fixes the whole game. Period.
Seriously. Think about it.

Having a BPO suit and using std gear is a 5 to 10k difference depending on what you put on the suit. So basically the normal player with blueprints saves himself this much per suit max.
It is not detrimental to the game and does not break performance. What did happend was that the PC isk faucet was left on for too long and there are players and entities roaming the game with 1 billion isk+ on their wallets by basically locking their districs and raking in the cash.
To truly level the playing field CCP should actually reset everyone's wallet to 0 so the people that exploited the district locking don't have such an unfair advantage... District locking was a problem and CCP didn't fix it in time and that in turn created people maingly coordinated groups that can proto stomp without consequence since isk is not an issue for them.
This is so bad That I had a guy use 6 incubuses to try and ram mine. I always lured him to a wall and he crashed into it. min 400k x 5 = 2 million isk just to ram someone else and since this person was from a corp known for their district locking It did not hurt his wallet at all.

I know, I know, I would be upset (to say it mildly), if I bought a BPO under the promise of having it for life, but it's not fair. That's why I think you've got to take them out (with appropriate refunds) or reintroduce them so they are available for all.
so ccp gives me 80 bucks back? just saying i dont want arum if this happens the only resion i bought the arum was for the bpos and half my bpos are allready gone |

A BPO suit with all BPO weapons and STD modules can cost 5-7K ISK. They're saving maybe 5-7K per death. That's close to nothing. I mean, half the matches I played today I got over 400K

I use a dual Basic plasma cannon commando with dual enhanced kin kats and basic nanohive. My suit costs 10k and I always make money in matches even if I die 10 times.
So even if my suits were 100% free the effect is the same; making money. The same can be said for militia suits, they are 100% free and the reality is that all the bpos except those of some suits and weapons are militia variants

I was tricked into playing dust in exchange for a Recruit Assault Rifle BPO. I never use it, but I'm going to be buried with it. --_--
