What's the ideal roster to be able to stop these fotm mongers dead in their tracks? Skill, skill trumps all. Can't nerf my thumbs. |

Poison Howl wrote:Two sentinels, one logi, a cal scout, a commando, and an assault. Why an assault class you ask? Excellent question dear merc! FOTMers can't resist the urge an easy kill that is the assault class. Here is what you do:
-You take the assault and chain him to a pole. Ignore his cries for help and mercy. -Have the cal scout cloak and just sit there and watch him. -When the cal scout detects FOTMers advancing on the assault, have cal scout point them out to rest of squad. -Squad kills FOTMers. -Rinse and repeat.
*If the assault some how gets loose, catch him, break his legs, and chain him up again. Cal scouts cant see the FOTM noob. |

Works better with one ADS without guns and more tank and the other ADS with guns transporting the squad. Transport ADS flies in and drops squad, provides what support he can until clip is empty or av is spotted. Transport ads bugs out high and awaits pickup order while tanked ads comes in to provide close air support. Transport ads can advise on hostile vehicle movement for close air. Once point is hacked, tanked ads moves to next point to scout while transport ads retrieves squad and moves to the, now scouted, objective. I've done this before and it works out really well.
Though its also effective to run one ads with two gunners and two shock troops one of which being a min scout super hacker and dropping them at points while providing cover. Best point control you can possible get. And two XT gunners make excellent covering fire. |

Try running three complex precision enhancers and a complex range amplifier. So much fun to drop scouts with a Viziam on that fit.
The Amarr scout bonus is like the old Amarr sentinel bonus. No one needed 25% reduction to overheat damage on a heavy;_;

1 minmatar sentinel HMG/bolt pistol
1 minmatar Logi (needle/uplinks/scanner/more nanos)
1 minmatar commando with MD/Swarm and Repair tool(yup.)
1 minja with 2 damps, 2precisions, and 1 range amp, fitted with a kniffs and Sniper Rifle, equips are uplink/needle
Oh how i wish.
As much as I love the Matari, this squad wouldn't do so well for a few things.
First thing is that the Matari Logi gets a boost to rep tools, so not having one is just the worst way to run it.
Second, Matari sentinels are hit-and-run style game play due to highest sentinel speeds and decent shields. They are not built for extended combat like the Amarr, Caldari, and Gallente. You will need a sentinel in a squad that can take a hit if your squad goes against another sentinel.
Third thing is that minjas are definately not the best snipers. They make the best hackers and will do better in CQC with a cloak then in the rear with a sniper. Snipers are best used (in my opinion) on Caldari Commandos due to their damage boost to rail weapons.
And thats pretty much it. Oh, and the Minmando should use nanohives not a reptool...
