idk why amarr and gallente arent armor repair suits like eve. the logis in this game messed so much up.
minmatar have no place being armor repair tools
The uplink idea is stupid simply because it's already given to another suit made to be the utility man of that race.

You should call to quorum all the gilded domes, and come to consensus on your unique and eve-appropriate Scout Bonus. It won't be long until Rattati comes knocking. When that time comes, you already know what Scouts will be suggesting (which apparently isn't good enough). I'd strongly recommend resisting the urge to hack off from other Scouts the things you want. The goal of Scouts is to see each of our suits become competitive; we will oppose requests to butcher one Scout to the benefit of another. So ... get on the Scoutly bandwagon (bonus to ferroscale / reactive plates), or get creative and come up with your own suggestion. Otherwise you might end up with nothing. Which would be pretty funny (in a sad sense).
Alright I'll use my own suggestion from a while back
Increase regain and maximum stamina to 10% a lvl, decrease all the minmatars suits stamina regain below the Amarrs since that was one of are racial traits.
