Does anyone actually use the Amarr scout ? I was looking at it and the bonuses do really suck. Is there any advantages that this scout has that the others don't besides stamina wise ?

Advantage: Faster than the racial Assault and able to sneak past players without ewar mods. You also have more stamina with slightly higher regen to go with it. More health than other scouts.
Disadvantages: everything else. Can't compete with C or G scouts in their ewar (nor are you supposed to). Slow (if not using mods). Doesn't have heat sink bonus. Less health than assault.
In other words, use it if you want to have more health and will do a lot of running (marathon style, not Minmatar's Sprint style).
P.S. it also has more PG than Minmatar and excellent slot layout for a scout (ala Master Race Gallente). |

The scout ak.0 is actually my PLC suit of choice for the event.
Not quite as fast as other scouts, but still VERY mobile, tough, stealthy, and it has decent passive scanning.

i have not played since the suit has been introduced but based on what i know about the suit i know how id use it to try it.
assault scrambler because of no heat bonus. if you need more than one clip its your own fault. and use stamina to relentless hunt down suits like a raptor. then an uplink so you can move in quickly and create spawn points. like a destroyer suit that fits between the light (frigate) and medium (cruiser)
thats my theory at least. its untested, but tbh id use the suit just because of its aesthetics alone. ill always pick form over function. if it looks cool you make it work
