Mainly in the less used servers. In every event there is always someone who does this and gets away with it. Naming an officer weapon is something that will stay for dust/legion for the remainder of the products lifespan. It would be an embarrassment for CCP and an insult for the players if an officer weapon got named by someone who cheated their way to the top. So to stop this kind of behavior I suggest locking the server selection option to automatic during the duration of the event. Since this option already give you the best ping/fights ratio; there should be no problem for people finding fights and having those fights happen with the least of lag possible while preventing as much as possible farming in the least used servers of the game like oceania which is constantly abused for farming. So to expand the explanation By eliminating the choice to change servers we avoid farmers. No one will have any issues since the automatic setting will choose the best server with the best ping/fights ratio. It does not segregate any demographic since they will play the matches that are optimal for them. If we permit a choice, players; asians not implied in any way as the quote suggests, will abuse any server that they can find with the least population at the time of farming. Oceania was only used as a reference since it is a popular choice for farming but is not specifically established as the culprit for such practices. Plasma Cannon Advocate Dust 514 Survivor

It's everyone's business when a dishonest player cheats. Keeping your nose clean only applies when it doesn't directly affect you, in this case it directly affects everyone trying to hit the goal.
