So yeah. 600k SP away, and i'm already Lv4.
I even tried making a 'dampened' fitting for knives, and the best i could get was 3 damp + Ishy cloak, which is scanned by 3 precision Calscout.
Currently based off of Protofits, i can run a Mk.0 with
2 Complex Kincats
1 complex Shield Regulator
2 enhanced Extenders
1 enhanced recharger
Boundless CR
Ishy knives
No nade
Compact hive
Arn-18 cloak field
Sadly even unbonused Focused Scans will find me, but i'll be running around at 10.38/s, running 235 shield, with 63/s recharge, and delays of 2.38/3.46.
Guess that's going to be it for me. Please. Somebody convince me to proto the Basic Caldari Light, because H E L L nah am i waiting 2+ months for a scout.

I like speed but the kinetic PG cost is too much on a Min Scout which doesn't have the juice to power them and other things.
Even all damp/proto cloak is picked up by 3 precision calscout.
Not worth it.

Another reason I made that fit is because I agree with the theory that speed is most useful for knifing. I should know - I DON'T have kin cats on my Minja alt. You could probably get away with a dampener instead of that cardiac reg, and that would save you from everything not Calamari.
It's a shield reg...
I'd need 2 damps minimum to dodge a Focused

I already proto'd the suit, a while back i might add.
However, i've also quit until Charlie comes into fruition.
Being a hacking specialized suit- i am unable to TRULY specialize the suit into hacking.
Wanna speedhack a point? Only viable fit (pg wise) is 2 codebreaker, 1 Range, 2 precision, 1 extender.
Wanna run to a point and hack it quickly? Gotta balance out 1-2 CB with 2-1 Kincats, leaving only half your Pg for highs.
Wanna be a walking scanner? Good luck with that.
Wanna be damped even halfway reasonably? 3 damp + adv clack or go home.
Wanna god-forbid and actually try and tank it?
2 regs, 1 kincat, 2 extenders and a Recharger, and you have less shield and only 10/s more regen than a calscout fit for 'hybrid' ewar/tank.
Oh, not to mention you're blind, have no free lows for damps, and are STILL as weak as if you never tanked it.

Also, is it bad if my Basic Basic Caldari Light can tank more effectively than my Proto Minja?
3 enhanced Shields, grants like 329 shield @ 50/s, run any ADV weapon i feel, and run a Flaylock or Basic ScramPisol, with twin Compacts.
Only 13 less shield than my SUPER tank Minja(lol), but it has 1 free low, and STILL enough PG for a nade.
Not to mention all regen stats are better rxcept the Delays, which is only because i sacrificed 2 lows to bring it to almost the same as a Caldari with 1.
