Seriously, the ONLY change that's needed is a 5pg increase, OR a decrease in shield extender/kincat PG, codebreakers are a bit weird too, costing the same as Armor Repairs.
45/11 for a complex...

I know the feeling, and you're not wrong.
My Adv Galscout can fit full proto AND an Adv cloak on a Neo Gk.0.
Meanwhile with lv4(5 soon) i can't even fit Nanite/Compact nano on a prototype, let alone full proto.

my opinions on the new update in terms of Min Assault/Commando:
as a standalone weapon, the CR is absolute, utter ****.
-15% to shields is a downrihgt travesty, although i can't say i hate the +15 to armor.
EVEn on EVE, Projectile is supposed to be the weapon type that's the most versatile, being nearly equally efficient to Armor and Shields.
Now? It's a glorified Sidearm, or super tiny 78 ammo MD with no splash and half the range.
All of my Min Sidearms have to be replaced with Scram Pistols, as they are my only hope to dropping shields with less than 1 clip of ACR/CR.
In terms of Scouting... I haven't run much, but it's "fine" and "alright" until a Galscout comes behind you and shotguns your ass: can't run, he's a fuckign galscout, can't outdance him, he's a galscout, can't outtank him(or even equipment for htat matter), and you can't do really anything right, as you're either Always scanned, Always outtanked, or always blind.
My fits varied from 2 pro Precisions, 2 range amps, 1 damp and a shield extender, to 3 extenders, 2 damps and a codebreaker, to 3 kincats, 2 enhanced extenders and an empty slot, and every single one was beaten to the ground by things as low as MLT Frontline suits.
