Hey guys,
Apologies for the silence on this issue, our server and software guys have been working hardcore on this to make sure that we're doing all we can to get this issue resolved for you.
If you're still experiencing issues, please post in this thread and describe the problems your experiencing. If you can grab screenshots or descriptions of any error messages you're encountering too and drop them in your bug report or in this thread, it'd be much appreciated.
Submitting bug reports will also assist us in troubleshooting this issue faster so that we can get you guys back in game as soon as possible.
Sorry for the inconvenience this issue is causing, the DUST Dev team are working on getting it resolved for you as soon as possible.

a temp fix that ccp went and let me post here. note may not fix for all players
by testing on accounts i had, to fix the issue on not logging in cause "corrupted data", easiest way to mass fix all profiles if have multiple is to:
1. uninstall the game 2. remove ALL saved data under "Saved data utility(ps3) relating to Dust 514 3.reinstall dust 514.
as said in last topic, i had some profiles that i didn't do the remove on till now and it worked for Every profile i did the step to.
hope this helps you guys and ccp for now till they get issues fixed.
also can seem that different fixes can work ar random times it also seems by experiance so all fixes veries. |

i live in new zealand, my sync stopped around 20% ish each time, i attempted a reinstall of the game and now i cannot download the client from psn store. when attempted it says an unknown error has occured.

I have had this problem with almost every patch that came out. Some were worse than others.
In most cases if I used a direct conecction not wireless patches would update. However most of the time I had to go to my sisters house to use her internet to fix it. (which is strange because we are i n the same town with the same Comcast)
This made me think it is the router. Except that on some occasions it updates with no issue.
I now seem to have a bug wear the PlayStation infinite loops while downloading or updating other games a fix that has worked 100% of the time is to go to the restore default settings. See how below.
This seems to clear the previous issue that causes the looping and you can download again, I would suggest erasing the previous attempt or data file for dust.
Note this is not a complete erase of your hard drive it just puts your ps3 settings back to factory. It does not erase anything you have saved on your ps3. It will make you sign into psn again and you will have to activate your system but it walks you through all that. There is no risk in trying as it has worked for me, hope this helps.

Remember use ..........-restore default settings.......... not the other choices as they may cause data loss. |

Nope. My main account is having issues. I dont have an alt character under a different PSN profile though. |

I have now reinstalled it twice still not working and have formatted my ps3 once hoping that would work now I don't have Dust to play but all my other games are gone now to because I did the bloody format. |

I live in central California, USA. I get the corrupted download data message at 18%.
I've reinstalled the game, did the full 9 hour reformat, and then reinstalled the game again. I've been having to reinstall the game from my download history because I get an error message every time I download it from the PSN store. Still not working. I have some good tips, though, that I will try. I have two PSN accounts with Dust characters and both are having the same problems.
I got back from some exhausting training and it seems we're in some great PC battles in my corp, so it's such a drag to come home to this. :( Oh well. I just call it "bleeding edge gaming" and it helps me feel better about playing Dust 514. :) |

I had it happen a day after hotfix alpha released.
My sync stopped at 5%, and every time it got to 5% it reset and tried again, until it gave up.
My region is Europe and my ISP is Bezeq International.
I have tried to sync using my mobile phone but it did not work.
I switched DNS servers on my PS3 (For another reason, not to try and fix it), and it still didn't work.
My PS3 is set as DMZ.
I cannot download DUST 514 from the Playstation Store at all, it refuses to do it, saying that the "Item is not available for purchase at this time, please try again later"
I have managed to reconnect a day or two before Hotfix Bravo by retrying over 100 times.
That's all the information I can think of that would be useful.

Hey! I'm from Florida, USA (America region :P). The problem is when logging into Dust, I cannot synchronize past 18% before getting the message "Downloaded Data Corrupted. Please try again later". I have uninstalled the game, and re-installed, multiple times. I've waited and tried again later, and still nothing. I attached a screen cap of the error message in my bug ticket. The problem happened after Hotfix Bravo |

On my first account I've tried everything my advice is Don't reinstall and DON'T format your ps3 I've done it both and still not working. Ok, i haven't re-instal the game since June 23, and I having the same problem by can't accessing the game because the synchronization stop on 18%, so my questions are:
When did you fix the problem?. And
2. today, June 25. Do I have to re-instal the game again for solve the problem?

Hi!! The same problem that several people described before I try to play 2 times per week; two weeks ago I had the issue; at 26% of syncronization it happens "Downloaded data files corrupt"
It's not first time that this happen; I have suffered this since 2 years ago... I wait 2 or 3 months and miraculously it works again
My configuration is:
Region: Costa Rica, Central America Cable Connection to my router No firewalls or proxies or anything like that Affecting all my accounts, not just my "main"

Facing the "downloaded data files corrupt. Please try again later." Message since yesterday 2july2014. Syncing just get up up to 2% before retrying. Retried numerous times resetting my ps3. I live in Bahrain if that helps to know.
