Client side work is possible, but within reason.

I would expect Heavy Weapons and Vehicles to be in separate content patches, as they need the same resources (staff) to produce the art assets.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

That is a good point. If those art assets are still functional, and they can add the AI they develop for Legion, they may be able to produce some form of PVE in DUST on the cheap. DonGÇÖt expect it in the next six months though. Give them time to get the drone behavior worked out in Legion first.
Remember, anything developed exclusively for DUST takes resources away from Legion Development.
