But with this being said. Lower the PG?CPU costs of EWAR modules while keeping the shield modules and armor modules the same cost of PG/CPU
This will encourage scouts to use their intended ole more defined and re-work their skills to make it only affect modules the EWAR modules rather then already having them built in.
They keep their second equipment slot and no need for the only make them carry a sidearm request (by me)
People are just mad that their flavor of the week assault only suits have something other than heavies to worry about.. If you nerf the scouts nobody will play them .. Scouts have been routinely going 1-15 every match since beta and now that they can finally slay, people just dont know how to deal. How bout you run 1 caldari scout in your squad? problem solved.. Anyways, on a personal note if you nerf the scouts because the call of booty crowd cant deal you will kill this class permanently. I have suffered since beta doing the team thing.. you know hacking ..hunting uplinks.. thankless work that gets you killed ALOT.. and frankly im done .. I deserve to have some fun too.. deal with it
Alright, I am gonna stop you right there; that didn't come out of your mouth did it?
Now while resisting the urge to use any vulgar or offensive language allow me to inform you that Assault suits can't be called FotM, or week for that matter, by the simple fact that one or more suits since uprisings launch have done it's job better then it and with less effort; just as scouts are doing right now. Assault suits haven't been dominant outside of pub matches full of newbies who don't know better since probably before you played this game, so no I won't "deal with it" good sir.
Oh, and ditch the "They were OP now it is my turn, deal with it." BS attitude as it is just that, BS. It wasn't fun when Logi's were OP, or Heavies, or any weapon that has had it's 'turn', and it isn't fun when Scouts are OP. Balance, however unachievable, should always be our goal. So give constructive feedback on ideas/debates or go away.
By your logic, my GalAssault has been UP since it's inception; so when it gets buffed I should be so OP in it that I have x-ray vision to see scouts and can kill heavies by glaring at them and giving them the finger. Sounds fun doesn't it? No? Well then you know how we feel stuck between CalScouts and HMGs inside of 40m!
Now to follow my own advice, the idea in the first post is alright if not a bit heavy handed and with tweaking and compromise might be fine. However I agree with the idea that we should wait to see what is done to Assault suits before trying anything.
