Not the point,Im just saying the minmatar have the fastest dropsuits so wouldnt it make sense if the minmatar heavys didnt get penalised by it? So you are arbitrarily deciding that one single dropsuit of one single class should be exempt of penalties because of the fallacious statement "Minmatar are fast". The might be fast but they aren't the fastest. Each class should be built like each class is designed to be played, not based of racial stereo types.
