Should there been a CPM 0.1 instead where CCP picked another round of CPM members from outstanding community players?

A player who you are good friends with asks for privy information that is still NDA; he is also known to be one of the larger socialites in the game able to spread news quickly; and effectively. the information you have is inflammatory in its current state.

A new entirely different issue arose and your fellow CPM members are threatening to do so again and CCP is calling your bluff this time.

You as a CPM member has come across some highly controversial NDA information intended for your ears eventually that was at the time of you hearing about it was supposed to be NDA and due to the second hand nature you cannot ask questions or fathom the whole purpose of the information.
Is it appropriate to start demanding answers from CCP?
