Here is the scenario. If I put a Defend order on an ADS and me and any squad or non squad mates get into that ADS then I (the squad lead) will get 20% of the 35 points for vehicle assists for every player that gets that bonus. This means if 4 people get in the ADS (5 to include the pilot) and the ADS gets 10 kills then:
I will get 450 points for the vehicle kill assists plus 210 points for the 20% from the other players. The other players will get 350 total WP. The Pilot will get 600 points. This is all while being AFK, practically.
If everyone is a squad member then 10 kills from one guy in a vehicle gives a total of 2300 points not including Uplinks, hives, and other things happening outside of the drop ship. This works with LAV's as well.
I am not sure if this is intended or not. What I do know is that it's a relatively safe way to get a ton of points. Should the Squad lead get WP for all of the Vehicle kill assists every player in the vehicle gets? Remember, I get the 20% from non squad members as well.
Just reporting this as a bug. |

I agree, just riding around with a excellent tanker. ( random tank I jumped in ), I scored over 1500 wp without a single kill just some assists, I was surprised.

sounds like a forgers jackpot , fix the drop ships by only allowing players to exit when the doors are open

say if you put the order on the tanker inside the tank every time he gets points you get points and if i have a 3 seat all blaster tank i get about 70 points if my gunners get a kill vehicle kill assist x2 kill assist x 1 or kill x 1 vehicle kill assist x1

Well, this ADS you speak of is rather gimped. If you're carrying 4 passengers, that means you have 2 side turrets on, which takes up fitting space. If you have your turret skills maxed and your Shield/Armor Optimizations maxed, you can probably have a decent ADS still, but, that's highly unlikely (if you have them that maxed you're more than likely just going to fly yourself).
I won't lie and say you don't make some awesome points with a full Frago'd ADS, but, that ADS usually isn't the biggest threat in the world.

Its ok when the pilot/driver gets the wp for assists.But why should the gunners/passengers get wp from the driver/pilot when he does a kill?
