I even warned my corp to save up for fitting optimization skill because I thought they were doing this to proto too. Edit: I think they changed the complex CPU though. Part of me is a little annoyed because I thought the point was to make it harder on brick tanked scouts. So I guess on the proto level we are still going to see Gallente running around armor tanking. I didn't realize they were changing Cal Scout either. This is a good change, but i wonder if it is enough. dinosaurs for legion, oh wait i won't be playing it

So increasing movement penalty for plates will also decrease jump height on brick tanks.

Armor plates reduce normal speed, sprint speed, jump height and turning speeds. Some scout scrubs, arguably gallente as the majority, will use complex plates to make up for their lack of gun game. To others, the larger penalties to absolutely necessary in game advantages aren't worth the mediocre amount of increased armor. Sentinels are a bit of an odd fish now with the addition of the racial suits. Though normally you will still see an Amarr using at least one complex since they are fat and slow already, and thus used to it.

Then when you found out you were wrong, made another post complaining about everyone else on the forums and made a list of either horseshit (railgun turret range is indeed 300 meters, yes the bullet can hit but it will do zero damage) or things the very forum goers have been complaining for months (swarm launcher). Not to mention that the swarm launcher IS getting looked at for change. Leave the dusting to the actual players. You are seriously misinformed about the game and have ludicrous ideas (i.e. redline change).
