The thing is, you can't have complete transparency and NDA at same time. NDA is a delimited space under an opaque heavy mantle while the other is out in the open, available for everyone.
Still If you break the NDA you get Sued, if you're not transparent you don't open CCP up and allow them to pursue legal action...

Jumping to conclusions without knowing what a person really means is a big flaw in some of the CPM candidates and has given me a complete idea of how their CPM term will be. Being accusatory and friction prone, the other CPM candidates do not have my vote or confidence based on their response to what was clearly a statement of transparency on the part of Judge Rhadamanthus.

If he had of simply said no, you would have questioned the reasoning behind his answer. Not Nessecarily, I think it would have minimized the mess regardless
