That's why I said smart people look at posts like this and dissect it because its not the only one and with the number of these posts being bombarded all over the forums, it's not a fluke either. Silly people look these posts and really don't actually get a clue of what really the larger picture is.
Not to dismiss anything that you said but I found these two points to be spot on .
The first is similar to what I said in Eko Sol's post about burn out and the fact that if everyone doesn't stand up and proclaim their point , then nothing will get or be done . The fact that management still hasn't made a public apology about what happened at FF is one glaring point that can not be refuted .
The second point is so true a as well and I can't for the life of me , understand why you still find those in this community .. still willing to make excuses for CCP's treatment of the same community and their dismissive nature of said persons .
The silly one's will attack you and claim that you know nothing , all the while touting CCP's record as being a tolerable business model . They attack and attack away like CCP's hold over them is just that strong and that's sad .
This is no community and if you find someone whom you don't agree with , then comes the attacks and insults ... where the bulk of the people here are suppose to be adults . You have pockets of friends like it's high school and this community will never come together because if they could , we wouldn't have half the problems that occur in this game .
All they care about is killing roles , what's OP and the next FOTM but proclaim that they care and challenge if you do or not , like they have the right to do so .... I guess they do because we are all free but to me that's an insult .
Passion is more than giving this game time and effort , even more so when you feel alienated to the point of not even feeling like playing to begin with .
You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.
