God forbid you find a game that gives you a challenge..."THAT GAME SUCKS!!!"... can't hold a 2+ KD in BF or lolCoD, so obviously the game sucks. Have a 6+ KD in DUST "DUST IS THE SHIZNIT! BEST FPS OUT THERE!!!!"

One thing though, those games do what they do, best. DUST hasn't done anything good except for the RPG aspect, and that isn't a hard thing to do, let's be real.

I've tried other FPS games, on PC and Console and I suck at them.

Where are those of us that need to 'get gud' supposed to learn?

I'm not kidding. When you get 2 shotted in CoD any time you spawn, there's no way to get better. PvE doesn't do it, at least not for me. the Training Zone's don't shoot back like humans do.

If it wasn't for Dust, I'd never have a FPS I could even go positive on, let alone lead the board (which to be honest, I usually only do with the help of logi WP)

So, seriously, where should those of us that suck go to get better?

I could always make a list... Nah wait, the nade tossing mechanic in Dust is spot on, better than MAGs, but every other aspect of MAG was clearly a lot better. Its not the tech, its the dudes tring to make the tech work.... You all suck. To CCP: The level of incompetence you have shown baffles the mind. You should all hang your heads in shame. If you produced the same level of quality at my workplace, I would fire you a long time ago, thats a simple fact. Perhaps you're better off keeping to your "point and click in space"? A shooter needs proper balancing, which Dust haven't been close to at all. I do however suspect that this is by design due to players flocking to the new hot toy, all to boost sales. This is a fundamentally flawed cocept IMO. There is also the problem of getting the core mechanics working properly, this has also never happened, Dust looks and feels more like a beta than a proper game, which says a lot after a full year of beta and a full year after release. The game is now deleted off my PS3, I will buy a PS4 soonTM and start to play proper games again, not this drivel. No you can't get my isk, I will take my 5.2 ish B isk with me to the grave.... I played MAG for about half a year before my KDR turned positive, it was brutal and quite tough. The issue I have with a lot of Dust players is that they don't really try. Just look at the "Made in Poland" corp, just about every game I see them in they group up with a bunch of heavies and a logi or two and they find themselves a roof or a building and set up camp, most of these guys have even played for a long time. Do any of you out there think there is some kind of easy route to get good at shooters? Do you think camping on a pipe taking potshots make you a better player over time? No you have to get in there, expose yourself as much as you dare, when you have 3 people shooting at you from 3 different directions at the same time, then you learn how to move and react, its brutal but it works... COD and Battlefield are games that I avoid completely, the good graphics makes it close to impossible for a "close to blind" dude to see anything. I just end up getting killed without even seing who shot me, and they might be right infromy of me. My all time MAG KDR was 1.62, my Dust KDR is 5.01. Have I become a better player since then? Not when I take all my silly drunk nights, the tons of bad PC games I've played, my 300 HP dual pistols fits that never f@cking works, my tendency to wanna 1 up every single HMG wielding Fatty I come across, despite popular beliefs I have done much more of the silly stuff than the tryhard stuff than most people give me credit for. And my KDR is still 5. So yeah I agree, I should normally be a 1.2-1.5 KDR player, vet advantage does not IMO explain that huge gap, not when playstyle++ is taken into consideration. The playerbase in Dust is on average very unskilled, I honestly say that due to observations of player behavior, not due to my silly KDR. (And to be serious here, I do have a blind eye and one thats crocked and has a + 7,5 rating. Its quite ok in Dust and Warhawk, nice red chevrons popping up over people's heads, it was slightly worse but OK in MAG, BF, COD or KZ is a big no for me. If those games did hava a "handicap setting" that helped me out, I would probably be nery happy with a 1.5 KDR. PS2 looks like a good game for me due to its cartoonish appearance.)
