This is the main reason people still play DUST. It's hard to get bored when you can poop all over noobs all day long. If that's the only reason people play this game, it was bound to fail. Fundamentally, as a FPS, DUST fell miserably short, and only blind fanboys will say otherwsie. I can make a list, but I think by now people know.
So yea, to all of you still playing this game, it's only because you're slightly better than the scrubs currently playing. 1 eyed man in a blindman's land...as they say. How sad. God forbid you find a game that gives you a challenge..."THAT GAME SUCKS!!!"... can't hold a 2+ KD in BF or lolCoD, so obviously the game sucks. Have a 6+ KD in DUST "DUST IS THE SHIZNIT! BEST FPS OUT THERE!!!!"
One thing though, those games do what they do, best. DUST hasn't done anything good except for the RPG aspect, and that isn't a hard thing to do, let's be real. |

Only ones still in dust are those with ties to eve. Dust514 was rejected from the fps community for a reason. None was cause it was just too awesome that it couldn't be touched.
hey now... according to some people in here DUST = the best competitive game of all time. People went to FF and came back blind to the shortcomings of DUST

What a joke dude. Acting like beating up on noobs all days is an accomplishment in a dead game. If that's what you seek, then good job, you found the lowest set bar in "competitive" gaming right here on DUST, then it proceeds to Legion, where you can stomp on EVE nerds that probably never played a FPS in their life.
Sounds like true progression huh. Stomp on noobs all day, er day, in a sandbox game, while preserving the true New Eden experience of being a carebear, which the current state of PC demonstrates.
