They should have 1b hp and be destructible.
If we destroy them, they should respawn after the following downtime.

Meh, they should be replaced by CONCORD or whatever faction owns the District.
Maybe not in a single downtime, but they should come back otherwise CONCORD has "let the terrorist mercenaries win"

Yeah, IIRC, in Eve they just get all shot up, they don't get destroyed.
If I am wrong, please link video of the monuments destruction.
Also, I am not talking about "Monument" large collidable objects either.

No, I am well aware of the incarnage high sec structure shoot.
However, am I expected to believe that the Large Collidable Object (yeah, sorry about that, I forgot they are used outside of missions too) in the picture was there all along and wasn't placed by CCP after the fact?
So the monument was placed and shot up and then what is that called?
What is the word I am looking for?
CCP hmmm, oh I know, replaced it with the "ruins" monument.
So yeah, they should have 1b EHP and be replaced after the following downtime.
